1. Using FINO

FINO is an expense-splitting app for personal use. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide FINO.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FINO for illegal purposes, to harass other users, submit false data, or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Free and Premium

FINO offers a free tier and optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled anytime.

5. Not a Financial Service

FINO is an expense-tracking tool. We do not process payments, transfer money, or provide financial advice. Settlement of debts happens outside the app.

6. Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

FINO is provided "as is." We are not liable for incorrect calculations, lost data, or disputes between group members.

8. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
